  • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers building on the SignalWire platform, guiding voice, SMS, and AI agent integrations from onboarding through production.
  • Troubleshoot customer implementations involving the Realtime SDK, REST APIs, webhooks, IVR call flows, and messaging, reproducing issues in Node.js to identify root causes.
  • Translate customer requirements into technical recommendations and work with engineering and support to resolve escalations and drive adoption.
